Accessibility Scheme
Accommodation displaying one of the Accessibility symbols has been checked by a National Tourist Organisation.
Accessible schemes have been developed throughout the UK by VisitBritain, the National Tourist Boards and the relevant disability organisations in conjunction with Holiday Care.
They are designed to provide reliable information on standards and facilities to travellers with disabilities. Additional help and guidance on finding suitable holiday accommodation for those with special needs can be obtained from Holiday Care on 0845 124 9971 (www.holidaycare.org).
